Athletic Program Information

Any student who desires to participate in the CCA Athletic Program must try out for each sport in which he/she wishes to compete.

Additionally, the following items must be provided to the school office prior to tryouts:

• A completed Athletic Participation Form
• A signed Parental Consent Form
• A signed Uniform Policy Form
• A completed Sports Physical Evaluation Form
• A signed Liability Release Form
• A $50.00 participation fee for each sport ($90 fee for swimming participation)

Athletic Eligibility

Students must maintain an overall grade point average (GPA) of 2.0.

Students are permitted to participate in the CCA Athletic Program provided they maintain appropriate spiritual, academic, and attendance standards.
