Athletic Program Information Volleyball and Basketball

Any 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student who desires to participate in the CCA Athletic Program must try out for each sport in which he/she wishes to compete.

Additionally, the following items must be provided to the school office prior to tryouts:

• A completed Athletic Participation Form
• A signed Parental Consent Form
• A signed Uniform Policy Form
• A completed Sports Physical Evaluation Form
• A signed Liability Release Form
• A $50.00 participation fee for each sport

Athletic Eligibility

Students must maintain an overall grade point average (GPA) of 2.0.

Students are permitted to participate in the CCA Athletic Program provided they maintain appropriate spiritual, academic, and attendance standards.

Winter Soccer
Kindergarten through 6th Grades

During the 2008-2009 school year, CCA joined the Parochial Soccer League and participated in soccer, fielding five teams which included two kindergarten teams, two first/second grade teams and one third/fourth grade team which competed during the months of January and February. This league is totally run by parent volunteers.

In November 2010, information for the 2009-2010 Soccer season will be posted. Practices will begin in December with games held on Saturdays or Sundays during January and February at Palm Bay Regional Park on Malabar Road, west of Minton Road.
